Sleep deprivation can have an impact on our physical and emotional lives. Simply soaking a few times a week may help improve our sleep, concentration, mood and relaxation. 

Ingredients: Premium magnesium sulphate (Epsom salts) food grade quality. Essential oils (Lavender, Augustifolia, Cedarwood Virginiana, Clary Sage)

Cautions: Do not use during pregnancy and or low blood pressure.
